How to Apply as an International Applicant
OISE welcomes applications from international applicants, and charges domestic tuition fees for international PhD students.
Make sure your application is strong and complete by checking our academic requirements and degree equivalency, and addressing transcript, English language proficiency and financial considerations.
As you consider starting your application to OISE, we understand that you may have concerns about the recent announcement by the Government of Canada regarding a cap on study permits for new international students. Rest assured, these measures do not apply to graduate students, and will not affect applicants to OISE. For the latest information, please visit the School of Graduate Studies website.
