Join us every Wednesday from 11:30am–12:00pm for The Midweek Reset, part of OISE’s Wellness Half Hour. Each week offers something different; whether it’s light exercise, drawing, mindfulness, games, or even a walk outside. Think of it as a midweek pause to recharge, reset, and connect with others in our community.

We also welcome guest hosts! If you’d like to lead a session or suggest a wellness activity, reach out to oisecao@utoronto.ca.
