252 Bloor St. West Take a break and meet us on the dance floor! Join our very own CAO, Helen Huang, as she leads participants through some simple, easy-to-follow line dance moves. During this half hour break, take some time to socialize with your colleagues and release some energy through some movement and guaranteed laughter.

Each week offers something different; whether it’s light exercise, drawing, mindfulness, games, or even a walk outside. Think of it as a midweek pause to recharge, reset, and connect with others in our community.
