Emergency wireless maintenance will be performed at 11:30 AM today to resolve connectivity issues. The wireless network will be unavailable for approximately 10-15 minutes in buildings north of Harbord Street. Service should be fully restored by 11:45 AM.
Wired connections are unaffected.
The outage affecting both wireless and wired internet connectivity at OISE and UTSG has been resolved.

Investigating
There are issues affecting both wired and wireless networks at OISE (252 Bloor Street West) and across the University of Toronto St. George campus. Users at the OISE building may experience difficulty accessing websites and online resources.
The issue is under active investigation, and Education Commons will provide updates as they become available.

UTORvpn (GeneralVPN): Users outside Canada may experience issues.
Recommendation: Use admin2 VPN while the issue is being resolved.Outlook for Web: Some users may see delayed sending or “something went wrong” messages. The M365 team has opened a ticket with Microsoft Premier Support.
Recommendation: Use the Outlook desktop or mobile app as a workaround.We don’t anticipate a significant impact on the OISE community, but we’ll continue to monitor updates on the UofT System Status page.
