Some UofT services are currently degraded and may affect certain users

  • Identified

UTORvpn (GeneralVPN): Users outside Canada may experience issues.
Recommendation: Use admin2 VPN while the issue is being resolved.

Outlook for Web: Some users may see delayed sending or “something went wrong” messages. The M365 team has opened a ticket with Microsoft Premier Support.
Recommendation: Use the Outlook desktop or mobile app as a workaround.

We don’t anticipate a significant impact on the OISE community, but we’ll continue to monitor updates on the UofT System Status page.
