In partnership with Binogi, the OISE research team led by Emmanuelle Le Pichon has developed multilingual learning paths for Grade 6 and 9 students to support math learning, digital assessment readiness, and academic language development. Designed to promote confidence, inclusion, and independent learning, the platform allows students to access audio or text support in their preferred language whenever needed.

New Language friendly project in partnership with Binogi Feb 4, 2026 This year marked the launch of a new Language Friendly Project in partnership with Binogi sponsored by MITACS. This project focusses on enhancing mathematics readiness for multilingual learners in Canada. Through this collaboration, we co-develop multilingual, curriculum-aligned digital learning resources designed to support newcomer and minoritized students in building academic language, digital literacy, and standardized assessment readiness in STEM subjects.
