OISE Applications Outage

InvestigatingWe are currently experiencing an issue affecting all users across multiple OISE applications. While logged into these specific OISE applications, users may encounter a “500 – Internal Server Error” when attempting to perform various tasks.The impacted applications include OISE Bursary Application, OISE Course Planner (OISE CP), OISE Grad Funding, OISE Hiring System, OISE Graduate Student Conference Grant, and Student Supervision.
We are actively investigating the issue, and Education Commons will provide updates to the community as soon as it has been resolved.

InvestigatingA partial service disruption is currently impacting wired and wireless network services at OISE and other buildings across the University of Toronto campus. Users at the OISE building may experience difficulty accessing websites and online resources for short periods of time.
The issue is under active investigation, and Education Commons will provide updates as they become available.

Education Commons has received reports of OISE community members encountering a “Server is currently unreachable” error when attempting to use Apporto, the virtual computer lab.
The issue has been escalated to Apporto for resolution. Education Commons will notify the OISE community as soon as service is restored.

Emergency wireless maintenance will be performed at 11:30 AM today to resolve connectivity issues. The wireless network will be unavailable for approximately 10-15 minutes in buildings north of Harbord Street. Service should be fully restored by 11:45 AM.
Wired connections are unaffected.
