CTL Weekly Digest
The CTL Weekly Digest offers a concise snapshot of news, events, resources, accomplishments, and opportunities. Submissions are welcome from across CTL, OISE, and relevant external contributors whose announcements may be of interest to the CTL community.
Guidelines and Scope:
Who can submit: CTL faculty, staff, and students
Submission deadline: Thursdays at 12:00 PM
Purpose: To foster collaboration, streamline communication, and celebrate achievements in a concise format
Publication: Entries appear as submitted, with only spelling and grammar reviewed
How it’s shared: Via CTL community listserv
If you’d like a more substantial feature of your work, consider submitting it for the CTL Quarterly Newsletter, or you’re welcome to submit to both.
CTL Quarterly Newsletter
The CTL Quarterly Newsletter highlights important departmental updates and achievements and is designed to showcase the work of our community. Submissions are reviewed prior to publication and appear on the live CTL Newsletter page, which is publicly accessible. Updates may also be shared via CTL listservs and social media channels.

SharePoint Sites
Access internal resources, guides, and archives available on our department's SharePoint sites. Please note that access requires UofT credentials (UTORid).
Student Portal
The CTL Student Portal provides links and contacts to all the resources students need at CTL, as well as resources to help them start and thrive on their academic journey.
Faculty Portal
Information relevant to faculty and sessional faculty roles and functions within the department, such as research grants or learning about funding opportunities.
Staff Portal
Includes available services, links to resources such as forms and templates, and other relevant information for employees at OISE and UofT.
