Do you struggle with feeling overwhelmed at the start of the week? Do you struggle with knowing where to begin? Do you desire more accountability? Start your week with us on Mindful Mondays! These sessions will help you kick off the week ahead of you with a guided, structured, and mindful approach. Each session will include a grounding meditation followed by various journaling prompts that invite you to reflect and recognize emerging priorities. This session can be done on your commute or over coffee—cameras may be turned on or off at any time. You will need a piece of paper and a writing utensil. Sessions are free and do not require registration. No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.
