Room/Equipment Bookings
SJE’s newly renovated department is open and ready to use. We encourage you to take full advantage of these updated facilities and look forward to seeing all members of our community using and enjoying the space!
Staff In-Person Office Hours:
SJE staff is available in-person Monday through Friday.
Department Access:
Our department is accessible by fob. Registered SJE students can request to have a fob. Initial fob is provided free of charge however a $30 fee applies for a lost fob. Kindly email Joseph Rotich at joseph.rotich@utoronto.ca to request a fob and to arrange for a pick-up.

Workspaces:
Our renovated department features open areas with cubicles and large windows, providing bright and welcoming spaces for you to work. We encourage you to visit and take advantage of these new amenities on a first come, first served basis.
Accessibility:
An accessible bathroom is available for your convenience. If you require any additional accessibility accommodations, kindly let us know.

Bookable Rooms
The department strives to provide bookable space for registered students, subject to criteria and availability. As space is limited, priority is given to full-time graduate students in research-based programs.

Audio/Visual Equipment
All audio-visual equipment (projectors, tape recorders, etc.) can be borrowed from Education Commons using the Education Commons Online Service Hub. A valid OISE library card is required.
On-Site Accommodations
Lockers
A number of lockers are still available for your convenience. If you'd like to reserve one, please reach out to Joseph Rotich at joseph.rotich@utoronto.ca to reserve one. Note that you will have to provide your own lock.
Parking for Bicycles and Cars
OISE's paid parking area is located on Prince Arthur Avenue.
Bicycle racks are located in the parking garage on the concourse level, just adjacent to the attendant's booth. Bicycles are not permitted in the building.
For your safety, security staff can escort you to your vehicle. This service is provided from 7:00 am to 12:00 am, Monday to Friday.
