In Our Hands: A Reduce & Avoid Plastics Video
What can we do to reduce and avoid the use of plastic? OISE student Tim Whalley (of Bobby the Swan animations) has collaborated with fellow OISE students to create a stop-motion animation short to explore what the OISE community can do to confront the challenge of plastic pollution. This creative project has been supported by OISE's Sustainability Fund.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge this Land on which the University of Toronto operates. For thousands of years it has been the traditional land of the Wendat, the Seneca, and the Anishinaabe, and most recently the Mississaugas of the Credit. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this Land.
