OISE Alumni Association Doctoral Fellowship
The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education Alumni Association (OISEAA) Doctoral Fellowship is a $10,000 award – generously established by the OISE Alumni Association – that honours and supports full-time doctoral candidates at OISE who have contributed to the OISEAA through volunteer activities.
We encourage full-time PhD candidates to apply. The 2024 award deadline is March 31 and will be posted in January.
What makes the fellowship so special?
"Helping students become leaders of tomorrow is a delight many alumni members share. This generous fellowship is our way of helping doctoral students realize their dreams and build strong connections with their alma mater and the greater education community," said former OISEAA president Dr. Cindy Sinclair.
"The award builds new bridges between students and alumni, which benefits OISE by creating new synergies and ongoing collaborations," said Jeff Myers, a past president of the association.
“Any time we can direct much-needed funds to deserving graduate students, we all win as a community. I couldn't be more proud of the hard-working team that made this award possible.”
