This fall, join the Centre for Leadership and Diversity's 7th Annual International Conference to explore the theme of “Disrupting the Taken-For-Granted in Leadership Praxis: Meeting the Moment and Moving Forward”. CLD welcomes scholars, school-based educators, faculty, staff, alumni and graduate students to engage in critical dialogue, networking, and the nurturing spirit of community and critical hope.

Join news anchor Heather Hiscox as she engages Hon. Bob Rae and Hon. Erin O'Toole in debate over the question: Should national interest take precedence over global responsibility?

The evening will support a fund in honour of trailblazing OISE alumna The Honourable Jean Augustine. All proceeds go to the Dr. Jean Augustine Professorship in Transformative Education.

The Summer Institute is an annual collaboration between the School of Early Childhood at George Brown Polytechnic and the Atkinson Centre for Society and Child Development at the University of Toronto. Each year, the Institute brings together educators, system leaders, researchers, policymakers, and advocates to explore pressing issues in the early years.
